For flat sandwich bacon.

• line large baking tray with foil, including up the sides.
• add layer of parchment for the bacon to sit on.
• lay out bacon, try not to have them touching
• cover with another layer of parchment
• top with another baking pan
• bake at 400 degrees
  • around 18 mins for thin bacon
  • around 22 mins for thick bacon
