Friend of mine Greg turned
me on to this. Haven't tried it, but thought it would be a nice
portioned meal option for delivering to friends and family in
need.

Ingredients
2/3 cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp protein powder
1 tbsp nuts (Greg recommends walnuts)
1 tsp chia seeds (baking aisle of grocery store usually)
1/2 tsp maple sugar
1/4 tsp brown sugar
Milk of your choice, 3/4 cup + or - depending on preferred consistency.
Directions - Overnight
Add milk night before to cover dry ingredients and refrigerate.
Slice fruit in bowl next morning(usually a banana and berries
for Greg).
Directions - Immediate
Heat milk in separate container, get hot but do not boil. Pour
over dry ingredients until covered, and mix to combine. Cover
and let rest for 20 minutes. Slice fruit in bowl. You can skip
heating if you want it cold.
