no bake key lime pie

This recipe is for a transitional pie. You can also use it to make individual servings in disposable plastic cups since it is a no bake. To do this, prepare the graham cracker crust mix (see recipe) then spoon some into the bottom of each cup and press down.

Ingredients

1 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Key Lime Juice
1 graham cracker pie crust (see recipe)
2 tsp lime jello mix
Lime slices & Whipped Cream for garnish

Directions

Beat cream cheese and condensed milk together on low until blended. Gradually add in lime juice and continue to beat until well blended. Pour into pie shell and chill until firm enough to slice. Serve with whipped cream.
