INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
4 bone-in center cut pork chops
2 tablespoons avocado or other high heat oil
2 tablespoons blackened seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Brush both sides of pork chops with avocado oil (or other high
heat oil). Season both sides with blackened seasoning.
In a hot cast iron pan, sear pork chops 1 - 2 minutes per side
at high heat.
Transfer pan to oven and cook for 15 minutes or until a meat
thermometer registers 145 degrees.
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before serving. |
